Title: "email_user_registration" without "email_user_validation". How ??

Hello everyone,

when the box "Users need to Validate Your Account" is active. The user receives the email successfully registered , but when I disable it does not receive after registering , I would like to notify the user when it register in the system, but without having to activate the account . How do I do that ?

Never mind, I need it in new version not older..
