Ads Management Problem
« on: April 13, 2016, 01:34:08 pm »
Hi pals,

I am trying to include Ads on my website, www.cynmart.com. At the "admin panel", I accessed the "Theme Settings" page  where under the "Ads Management", I pasted my ads code to my desired form. After hitting the "Save Changes" Button, I received the message below:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /oc-admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Please pals, I will need your assistance to resolve this issue and be able to include ads on my website.
Thanks for your usual cooperation.

Regards

Looks the OP had abandoned the project; his domain is now for sale!

You should wait for someone else to answer your query. Sounds like file/folder permission problem on the server.

It turn out to be Modsec was blocking the action.

My host (namecheap) said it was kicking up plenty of rules. We tried whitelisting some till we gave up and disable ModSecurity.

After I added all 5 ads, we activated it again.
