Title: Delete user account (modern theme)

Hello, guys!

I see that modern theme does not have an option for users to delete their own accounts in the dashboard. I read on the forums that blender theme has it but I see the programming behind it is different from modern theme. Any ideas how to add this feature to modern theme?
