Disconnect sends me to Facebook

New site (very low traffic, I used it as my test site), never connected to my FB account.

I created a new users using a browser that rarely use (FF) and not using my FB email.

I was able to log in normal, when I try to disconnect it sends me to FB.

I have already updated the FB plug in. Let me know if you want the site name to test.

I have the FB connect and it seems to work. Although it does not fully log me out of FB when I hit log out but when I log out on site it logs me out of OSCLASS

UPDATE:

Since disconnecting from the site was sending everyone to FB, I installed the FB plugin any ways. Now the disconnect link doesn't send you to FB, but you can't disconnect from the site, either using the osclass login system or facebook.
