Missing strings for translation?

Hi!

My friends, I realize that although 100% of the sentences are translated (pt-BR), there are still several phrases to translate, however, there are no strings for translation in .po / .mo files.

How do I include the phrases?

Example: "Click or Drop for upload images" when create listing; "Public Profile" in menu of My Account.

This string should be added to core translation if osclass in latest version, if not, you can simply update catalog (check tutorial on google, it is not so hard)

How do I add the strings to core translation? Yes, I use latest version...

If you use latest version, all strings used in core should be included in core language file. But you still can update catalog (http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit/).

In lastest version (3.6.x) all strings are included in core language file? Thank you!
