Photo not showing in popup [ SOLVED ]

Testing 3.3.1 & 3.3.2 with default theme (bender) on localhost (win7/64-xampp). Made an test ad with 4 photos. When clicking main photo or thumbnails
they are not opened in a popup window, but opens in the browserwindow.
Version 3.2.2 on localhost do open the photos correctly in a popup.
I have tested with Chrome (Version 31.0.1650.63 m) and IE11. Is there an issue with fancybox ?

I have also in test: upgraded 3.2.2 to 3.3.2 - It is the same behavior for photos (item.php)

They are not showing in a fancybox, only opens in browserwindow.

Is there anybody else with the same problem ?

What version is Fancybox showing?

are you sure jquery is loading ok? all fancy box files in js/ floder are there? try to replace them with those from the original installation file.

In the spring, - I switched my local ofline server to WAMP - after tons of problems with among other xampp.
also included incompatibilities with e.g. fancyBox - jQuery, - the only ,,problem,, I have with WAMP was:

Obviously I can not guarantee your xampp it is error, but on the other hand - it does not ,hurt, to try WAMP

Hi S51

I did as you suggested.

Installed latest wamp for 64-bit on a different pc (win7/64) and downloaded and installed a "fresh" osclass 3.3.2

Same problem with photo/fancybox, and i think this is not only a local problem for me.


But... I think Osclass is fantastic..and hope to have a live site in a few weeks.

I've tried in an local offline environment like yours:
64 Bit - WAMP - WIN7 - MS9-10-11 + G.CHROME
to reproduce the error you have = BUT HERE IT RUN PERFECT
- -

2.)
And you are sure you are working with the correct associated JS files,
or not have a external JS error if you have tingled with code else where
Dont now how, - and what to help you with - unfortunately,
but open and see the attached *.jpg - show the difference in global js
- -

What jquery are you using?

In my osc on shared hosting (xamp) it works llike a charme and I have the following versions running a hacked minimalist theme:
JQuery: 1.7.2
FancyBox: 2.1.4

Also do a compare on the public_html/oc-includes/osclass/assets/js/ files and the ones that are included in your theme js folder if any...

Now I'm +90% convinced, - that you actually have a Bender 1.1.0 theme related problem
- -

2.)
Do me (and hopefully yourself) a favor, - complete uninstall your current Bender Theme 1.1.0
(remember a safe backup - if you have made any changes inside the theme - from original)
- -
Then through: DASHBOARD >> Manage.Themes >> Current.Thems >> [Add New]
add the Test.Bender I have attached here under. (its completely safe to do)
NOTE:
Could not attach the file her, - because it was too big for the forum
so please send me your real email via PM - and I shall forward the file to you.

3.)
And then come back, - and let us all hear and know if your PopUp suddenly seem okay.

It was an error..

I downloaded the updatet bender 1.1.0 from https://github.com/osclass/theme-bender

(not updated on downloadlink at osclass.org)

Then installed a random theme and activated, deleted bender 1.1.0 and installed the updated one.

PS! change name on the theme in themes catalog to "bender" to see it in admin. (reload admin site)

Fancybox is fancy again...

...well, the easiest solution is to just replace "head.php"

The main thing is it works now, - just ,,strange,, the OSClass Team not has drawn attention to this error ?
