URGENT HELP - I receive ERROR

hello, some times when I browse my site I receive this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function numRows() on a non-object in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxx.com/oc-includes/osclass/model/Admin.php on line 63

The code on line 63 is:

if( $return->numRows() > 0 ) { <---------THIS



what means???? where is the problem?
