Mobile phonoes photo upload error:XHR returned response code 500

when ı try to upload the photo from mobile I get the message Retry Upload failed and error message " XHR returned response code 500 "

ı try that plugin http://market.osclass.org/plugins/miscellaneous/pre-resize-images_496  it s ok to upload photo but when ı publish it's going to white page with no error.

any solutions?

ı read it before and the plugin didn't solve my problem.
there is no error with the plugin while uploading but when ı try to publish it's going to a white index page.
