Title: NEED: Fix top serach bar when scrolling, and more ?

i found this this  : http://www.spulleboel.nl/


and want to accomplish 2 things

1- the top search bar that stays fix when you scroll
2- the box around each category and the expandable menu when click a category.

i try to contact "SmaRTeY" "Eric" wich is the owner of this web i guess, but seems to be busy on those days.

and this is why i make this post to get some help

Can you please help me how u did scrolling
