How do I change the order of custom fields?

Are you talking about Ad view or Ad Posting/Editing? ???

In admin panel when I insert the custom fields...

Oh, I didn't understand you, thought you was talking about the layout (moving custom fields to another position on the user side).

Currently there's no way to do what you want on Admin Dashboard. If you still haven't any ads, you could alter their order directly in the database (table oc_t_meta) using PhpMyAdmin.

Where do you want the order changed, on Publish/Edit Ad or in Ad View? ???

That might be complicated. ??? Write here your custom fields (specified by slug -Identifier name) in the order you have them now. Then another list in the other you would like to have.
