[solved] strange Issue about sending emails !!

Hello everybody

I need help please because I already launched the website and the users are very upset

I have strange issue in sending emails ,
when a new user registered, the validation mail doesn't sent if the user's mail was "Gmail" !!.
 but if his mail is "Yahoo", the validation mail sent as ordinary .

is it a problem in mail server configuration ?

some mail provider have strict criteria, from where email will be delivered.

I don't think that this is a problem caused by OSClass, you should check your server and dns settings or contact your provider to solve this

thanks for reply ,

I have tried some steps to solve this issue, but it makes me more startled .

when I Unchecked both choices (SMTP authentication enabled) and (Use POP before SMTP) , the mail deliverd to "Yahoo mail" ONLY .
when I Check the choice (Use POP before SMTP) , the mail deliver to "Gmail mails" ONLY .

any one can understand what is the problem ??

OK people ,
when I check (Use POP before SMTP) the mail sent to both "yahoo" and "gmail" . but it takes some time to delivered to yahoo mails , this delay in delivering mails confused me

in my case,. after I update Osclass 3.5.9  sending emails from the osclass website just stop,.
someone help,.  me??
