Post by: Aficionado on January 22, 2017, 12:56:43 am
The alert subscribe validation email format is not good. No proper link to click.

Tried:

In the email you see %40 in stead of @

But the link is clickable and under the screan you will see @ instead of %40

Doesn't work for me. In the email template

Code: [Select]
Hi {USER_NAME},

Please validate your alert registration by clicking on the following link: {VALIDATION_LINK}

Thank you!

Regards,

{WEB_LINK}

The {WEB_LINK} works ok but the {VALIDATION_LINK} not. And i have posted above the source of the email body and it is not right.

If both didn't work, i could say it is something wrong with my setup. But apparently it is not.

Testing further this, i found that if i read the email from web gmail, is shows %40 but the link is ok.

When i get my email within a windows client (Thunderbird) it is not.
