I use the Dutch language package.
Unfortunately, a small piece has been forgotten to be translated.

Where should I search for this message to translate?

Dashboard > Settings > Emails templates : email_user_registration  ( you need to edit this )

Onder " Emails templates " andere afdelingen ook helemaal niet goed vertaald, dus je moet alles zelf vertalen en opslaan.
