You will need to edit theme language files using POEdit application. If you won't be able to find those texts there then you can edit them in header.php in theme folder.

Yes, you should use PoEdit, it will show something like this when you will be finding the string: %s  - %s of %s listings, where %s will be replaced with numbers.

This is crazy, but i have all listings word translate in. po file - and i still have listings on my website
