Title: How to show only some regions depending on selected category in item-post.php

Hello

When adding an ad, I want that only some cities will be shown dependin on slected category. Here is some details:

1- My categories are a list of regions,
2- the sub-categories are a list of cities,
3- the user can't add ads in  parent categories,
4- Country field contains the same list as sub-categories, but it won't be shown in the form,
5- Region field contains a list that depends on the selected category..

Is this feasible?
