Title: Solved:Image Upload failure reason unknown

I have check my admin area too & at there I have found that I am unable to upload plugin too.

Using php version 5.4 - Godaddy

Oc-content permission is 755

Error Log

Please try the solution provider in the other post. The temp folder one.
