Title: [SOLVED]Migration to a new server admin and users can`t login

Hello,

I did the migration to a new server and I can't login to admin and users.

I used   define('OSC_DEBUG', true) ;  and the errors are :

The server is running with PHP 7.2.8 and  5.5.56-MariaDB

I solved: the database was not entirely imported
