How to export the users Email into xl sheet

Hi guys,
I need to export all my registered users email id into a xl sheet for email marketing purpose,

Kindly tell me the procedure,

You need to download the csv file for osu_item table if you have access to phpmyadmin and then you can import the csv file to xl
