Osclass database server is not available

When I am open my website show error "Osclass database server is not available".
Please help me. How to solve this problem?

The database is down or unreachable for some reason. Contact your hosting support.

I am having the same problem, I cannot install 373.  database is up and running apache2.4, php 5.6, SQL 10.1.22-MariaDB I have been trying for days.  My other sites are running fine with existing installs.  So I know its not a db off line issue.  Maybe I should try an older version?

It is a hosting problem and not an Osclass problem. It AWAYS is.

I used to have this problem too, try to upgrade to latest php version... it will solve your problems of database
