Hi, first I would like to know what the purpose of Subscribe to this search, as picture 1.

Tell me if I'm correct, I think it works as a newsletter, every time I hear a post, the person who signed up will receive an email informing about the new post, is that correct?

Secondly if my understanding above is correct now comes the second question, if a person who signed up wants to stop receiving the notifications how can she unsubscribe?

The person subscribed gets an email once an ad, matching its search, is submitted.
You can subscribe on different "levels", depending on the search query, so if you subscribed in Cars category, you'll get an email everytime a new ad is posted into Cars.
While if you refine search by keyword "Honda", city "Sao Paolo" and max price "15000", you'll get an email once an ad for Honda is posted, with location Sao Paolo and price lower than 15000.

If a person is an user of your website, it can subscribe inside user panel (Alerts), otherwise the unsubscribe link is always inside alert email received.

Ok the first part I understood

But regarding the cancellation link it does not appear in the email. See the picture.
Note: The link that appears directs to the page oc-admin, that I even found wrong this link pointing to the oc-admin, ie, the correct one would be an unsubscribe link agree?
