Hosting Specifications Advice for Osclass What is Minimum RAM?

Today I faced a terrible slowness about GERMAN website,
Under Germany > Bayern > more than 3 thousands cities listed, When I click on Bayern region to add a list or add a place, it takes very long opening whole list and it is occuring big slowness...
Is this related with RAM capacity of hosting?

How to solve this?
Hosting is running on shared hosting 3 GB RAM.

What is advice for hosting values? Which values minimum required?

256 mb is ok.

Your slownesss is not related to memory apparently. Still you can see all that in your Cpanel.

Osclass is a demanding script. I would recommend a GOOD hosting with LiteSpeed webserver. $1-$2 per month hosting plan or crap vps will not do it.

What can be reason of very slow opening " regions " while submitting ad / item?
I am using Osclaswizards theme

If your site is error free (no php errors and no jscript errors) then it could be DB or even cpu. Check your Cpanel.

No error recorded, I can not see CPU value into CPANEL,

Anyway, I moved site another hosting, now regions opening less than a second.
