Can you maybe import the database first with phpMyAdmin and then put that database name in config.php? That would import ALL data, but delete the old data.

only way I got it, I went to the cpanel, I backed up the sql and then I went to the new site and I imported it. accepted, but does not appear the data in the site, nor in the admin, only if I open by phpmyadmin, crazy that

I believe you need to change the database name in config.php with the new one you imported.
