Title: Unzip failed on upgrade

I am using WAMP localhost. I am updating from 3.7.4 to 3.8. I disabled the Permalinks and upgraded after backing up however the Unzip failed.

Then I manually transferred 3.8 into my localhost folder however the upgrade doesn't happen and I am still using 3.7.4. Anyone with a similar problem?

I put it on a live server and it upgraded. I guess upgrade does not work on a localhost.
