Title: Upgrading to 3.8 and it's taking a looooonnng time....

I downloaded the latest version and moved all the new files onto the server, minus the oc-content folder.  When I went back into OSC the "Upgrade Now" button was there and after clicking on it I'm getting the timer wheel for over an hour now.  Is this normal?  My site is down in the meantime.

I read somewhere about an ini.php file?  Session time out?
