[SOLVED] responsive yes, but with discrepancies

I have modified css to change anchor colors. They show correctly on the computer but return to stock blue bender colors on phone..

Have also modified "post ad for free" button text to read differently but it shows stock on phone...what am I missing?


*EDIT: responsive change is in the footer.php--- got it, :)
