Title: hello i want to add my website link in the description( clickable link)

i already read your text of [Tutorial] Making website url clickable on item page. and i apply code sucessfully. but when i upload theme in theme manager it say your theme has been sucessfully install , but i does not show below. what i do ?

my php code is below ( i am usingosclasswizards_2.0.4 theme. pls suggest me
