Title: How to show form error message beside input?

Hi.
Please help.
How to show form error message beside input? (register and submit ad).
By default in bender it show all "required field" message on top of form page!
I want it show "this is required field" beside each blank input or select.
I want myself edit bender for show error beside associated input or select.
Please help and say me by using and editing which functions or helpers or ... I can do it.
