Title: reCAPTCHA does not appear on password recovery page

Hi,

reCAPTCHA does not appear on user password recovery page. After typing the e-mail address, when I click on 'send me a new password' button on the password recovery page, the following error message appears:

"The recaptcha code is wrong"

but this time reCAPTCH appears and works properly.  After this event if we refresh the page, the reCAPTCHA appears properly.
I have attached two screen shots, first before clicking on submit button and second after clicking on submit button.

Please help me resolve this issue.
