Please Help !!! How to Add some feature to Bender Responsive ?

My Website is www.sheriki.com and I want to add the feature like in the foto below, I want to add exactely the login link and creat the new user link too, so I will be grateful if someone can help me to do that because it very importante for the evolution of my web site.

In addition to the falouche, I have embedded my website into a Mobile app is it possible to get  back button when in responsive mode?
