Title: wildcard subdomain noindex nofollow issue

By accident i had submitted subdomain to my main domain sitemap

and all subdomain are now present in google search result  and due to this my site in unstable in google and losing rank day by day


i want to put a nofollow, noindex tag for all subdomain homepage like abc.domain.com , xyz.domin.com and all wildcard subdomain domain

but dont want to put noindex, nofollow tag to main domain like (domain.com)

and also dont want to remove subdomain feature because there are many ads which are on subdomain url

please help me to solve this problem
