problem with Cars attributes need help

hello everybody i install Cars attributes and he give a lot of problem first problem he show me tow languages and second one is that some of the fields doesn't have any information and also the fields doesn't come under the category any help please

Same isse here with Cars attributes plugins and Real state attributes plugin
in the adding new ad all language shows up , that means any language was translated in the script will showing in the ad page, please help
