Title: Help changing tge plugin to skip car makes...

In my site i dont need the car makes option because i have a sub-categorie with each car make

So i want publish an Ad in sub category, Alfa Romeo i shoul have a drop down option with  all avalable Alfa Roneo models, the same for all other car makes...

Anione can help with this mod????
