Trying to change "Transmission" to "Gearbox" for UK use.

I changed ALL references from "transmission" to "gearbox".
When adding a car advert everything seems ok, but when it comes to then looking at the advert, the Car is there and the Title and Description are there, but none of the cars attributes are, even though it let me select them all.
Any ideas would be great.
