Title: how to display model/make on the frontpage using cars plugin?

Hi,

I'm using cars plugin with Osclass modern theme 5.0.0 - I like both of them very much.  I'd like to display models/make as a list on the theme frontpage so that the user can click on it and be presented with the ads for a given model/make.  I tried to find answer to this problem but failed.  Let me know the direction I should be looking for (i.e. a custom code integrated with a theme, that checks the database and updates the list presented as links)?
