Title: I want to move filed from cars attribute up and fileds form custom attribute

Hello,
I need help.
I have install Cars attributes and Custom Attributes.
I need to put in page Publish a listing first timpe Cars attributes after that Custom Attributes.
All fileds I see is is a one div whit id="plugin-hook" .
Were i see de orther of plugins attributes.

before you get to heavy into the custom attributes plugin, please be advised it is super glitchy. I recommend using custom fields instead, from the admin panel.
go ahead and skip to page 17/18 you'll see the plugin is no longer supported.
