That's a specific issue and I would start from sessions, but there's no recipe you have to follow. Disable plugins, revert to stock theme and try.

i finally found the issue 
the issue is with my plugin. it solves the problem when i disable the plugin.

I have written a new plugin for this and posted on Market, it will have a small price. It's way better than that one, which code is not exactly great and that's why it doesn't work very well. It was easier for me to write a new plugin from scratch instead, for more than one reason.
