Title: call premium items related to the category

i have a list that display only premium ads in header now, is there a simple way to only display the premium ads related to the active category?
 eg: car's category -> my premium list on header will only display premium ads for that category
then if i switch to another category the premium list on header will only display premium adds for that list
solved.
