Hello!

You most certainly can't have all the features and the same design as those sites have because they are custom built, while Osclass is an open-source project.

Once you install Osclass, browse Osclass Market for some themes and plugins you like. If you want a custom theme or a plugin, post a request in Jobs section of the Forums.
