commit details

1. item-post.php and item-edit.php:

• Title/desc err msg: multiple languages, see: http://i.imgur.com/pnEwW.png
• Title/desc err msg: only 1 language, see: http://i.imgur.com/fg0dK.png
• Photo err msg: png,gif,jpg => png, gif, jpg
• Region err msg: Province => Region
• Translations: split field/error msg for simpler translation

2. #FlashMessage:

• Speed up opening/closing of flash message and login menu.
• Hide #FlashMessage on click

3. item-edit.php: new style for photo section:
