Title: The user must verify and save the number in the profile first then add the item

How can I settings incoming users with a Facebook and Google account and have not verified the number when they click the button (+ add item) to add a new item there the user must (verify phone number) first and then can switch to page posting item

I use the Phone Number Verification plugin in the veronika theme

Anyone can help?
