i totally agree with you Aficionado. It is not on. We work hard to create something new for OSClass. We do not need link spamming. If a link is going to be posted then please include it in your profile sir.

Well as a customer I am in the USA and we don't use VAT and I am not going to give out any IRS number at all to make any purchase.
You are effectively cutting yourself off from people outside of a country that uses VAT from making purchases.

Sorry to hear that. We know we're asking for a lot of information to make a purchase, we don't want to ask any of it, but we're required by law to do it. Even for digital goods (as the case in the market), we (and as far as I know any european company) need a valid address and a VAT or fiscal (IRS) number. Again, we are required by law to do so.

I would have a chat with whomever told you that. I know for a fact you don't have to supply a VAT,
or a IRS number when you purchase WHMCS and they are a company based in the UK: UK Registered Company #6265962. Vat No. GB 927 7746 76
There is also Reseller-Club Mods which is a company outside of the USA that I have done business with as well and again there was no need for IRS numbers or VAT.

Both of these companies are people I have done business with and both of them as you can see are outside of the USA.

All that said I don't know if the rules you are talking about are specific to your region, or not, but that is the experiences I have had dealing with people outside of the USA.

Can we have an option for developer so that developers can download their own paid items without paying? Sometimes we can upload a wrong file my mistake or sometimes raise a issue with an items but we can not see it.


I think it will be better for developers to have that option.

I like to create a new responsive theme for people who use Osclass platform and I have a question for you.
I'm not authorized Developer as Business, I do this in my spare time and i want to become developer at Osclass Market to sell new themes.
When i register as Developer i can use my personal Social Security Number at "FISCAL NUMBER"?

or I need to have Company Business to provide a VAT Number?

I WANT TO SELL WITH MY PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION (SSN). CAN I DO THAT?

In Osclass Market Terms it states:

In the event that a customer exercises his/her right to request an invoice for a product purchased on Osclass Market, the product author must carry out and send him/her the invoice. In case that this customer is from the European Union, the author must apply and be responsible for any taxes that apply on the customer’s country of residence.

I am from outside European Union and selling product in osclass market. I do understand that i have to send him/her invoice, But if customer from European Union is there any extra steps before sending invoice?

Also what will be the amount in invoice. Suppose i have a product of 10 USD. So osclass will cut commission of 3.0 USD and i will get 7.0 USD. So what will be amount in invoice i will send to customer?
