Khmer unicode

Hello !

I'm using Osclass for my website and i just finish to translate it in Khmer but i have problem with Mozilla and Safari Mobile (i don't know about IE yet).

Mozilla and Safari Mobile can't display correctly khmer unicode.

But it works for Safari on mac.

How i can resolve it ? Css ?
