how to change users as moderators to help admin, manage websites?

whether there are plugins for a regular user to change the co-moderator or admin, as in this forum (admin, moderator, super moderator, co-admin)?

because I was a bit difficult to manage the website alone

That's cool, would be nice to pick from Users list rather than creating a new user with a new password for them but a good start I guess.
