[Solved] Big pictures error
« on: June 03, 2014, 11:59:13 am »
Hello,

I'm having a big problems while my users attach pictures to their ads. If they post an ad without picture it's ok, but if they attach one which is bigger than 1024×768px it shows them Internal server error, but posts an ad, just without any photo.
Is there anything wrong with media settings (check attachment).

Any ideas on how to solve this? It's really annoying.
Thanks in advance
Best regards

un tic the 'normal size' ?
it may be a host limit as well so make it stay the sizes you setup and  change that option, try again and see what happens

Thanks for suggestion, I've tried to untick the normal size but it doesn't help. I've learned it's more of resolution problem not so much of the size.
Because I've tried with a photo in 2650×1739 pixels and 250kb in size and the error was shown, while with 800×600px and 500kb in size photo, it worked perfectly.  ??? ???

Nevermind, it was a PHP memory set too low in hosting.
Thanks.
