Title: Change "free" and "check with seller"
Post by: PeterB007 on July 19, 2019, 07:35:38 pm
I want to change the standard wording of posts that do not have a price to reflect "Neg." rather then "free" or "check with seller" on my site. I have checked the *.po document and there is no reference to "free" or "check with seller."

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Try editing 'oc-includes/osclass/helpers/hItems.php'

I think that is not ok, and not a good practice.

Osclass core words are in file core.po from oc-content/languages/your-language/core.po
You can try to change there, or you can add that word in your theme translation, will work in both ways. But make sure that you translate in the proper way.

Thank you very much,

I found the text I was looking for in the core.po doc. I had only been checking the theme en.po document which did not have what I was looking for.

If you insert a zero in the price feild, then the result will be to show "free" in the listing. But, if you leave the price field blank, then "Check with Seller" will be shown instead.
