Title: Error with theme

I get the following error when I try to use the cuidalo theme

Warning: require(/home/info/public_html/oc-content/themes/__MACOSX/main.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/info/public_html/oc-includes/osclass/helpers/hDefines.php on line 178

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/info/public_html/oc-content/themes/__MACOSX/main.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/info/public_html/oc-includes/osclass/helpers/hDefines.php on line 178

Also I cannot get the Modern theme to work correctly. new user and add an item go to error pages. Also in admin, I can only get 4 gategories to show. I have added a miscelaneous category but cannot add an item to it. The category does not show in the drop down menu.
