categories change positions on frontend sometimes after refresh

hey everyone I have been having an issue with the categories changing positions on the frontend once and a while after refreshing the page I dont think it should be doing that. Its strange, So I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

Im running OSClass 2.0 RC5 with the Modern theme Heavily Customized Im thinking it could be in the coding that I have I will have to try and debug it.

Edit the position of the category in the admin panel , their not filled in by default
