Problem with installation

am I missing something for the installation, coz im getting this error:

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

these are the steps i did:
1. copy os class 2.0 RC5 to ftp
2. run oc-includes/osclass/install.php

any server requirement that I should set? Im using fatcow as hosting btw.

1.- Copy OSClass 2.0 RC6 to ftp
2.- Simply go to your domain (it should be redirected to the installation process).
3.- Tell us if you still encountered any problem

The server has to have PHP5. PHP4 is not compatible with OSClass. However, I think that the error would be different.
