Title: Ideas on how to populate ads while waiting for traffic?

Wondering if there were feeds  or services that would populate the site while folks find my site?
How are some of you generating ads?

Basically most people just make up some ads. You could also try Amazon Mturk, and pay a little for each ad wrote in your site.
