contact email error

Hi, sorry, I tried in 1000 ways but I didn't solve it. it happens that if a user wants to contact an advertiser, only an email arrives to me as an administrator but the advertiser never gets anything. Does anyone have an idea? I imagine that if the administrator arrives configration is right. Thank you

Ciao, scusate, ho provato in 1000 modi ma non ho risolto. accade che se un utente vuole contattare un inserzionista, arriva solo una email a me come amministratore ma all'inserzionista non arriva mai nulla. Qualcuno ha un'idea? immagino che se  all'aministratore arriva  la configrazione è giusta. Grazie

...and also use your site's contact form and send yourself a message to trouble-shoot. Emails may also end up in spam folder and the users wouldn't notice.
